                       PURPOSE OF SECOND VISIT

On this your second visit, Dr. Williams Chiropractic Office will explain the results of your x-rays and orthopedic/neurological examination and inform you if your health condition(s) fall within the scope of chiropractic. Dr. Williams Chiropractic Office will also answer the following six (6) questions:

1)   What Is Wrong With My Body?
 
Dr. Williams will review all abnormal findings found when he performed your x-rays, orthopedic/neurological examination as well as share with you what health condition(s) you are complaining of.

2)   What Must I Do To Regain My Health?
                     
3)   Can Chiropractic Care Help Me?

4)   How Long Will It Take For Me To Regain My Health?
 
Dr. Williams will outline a chiropractic treatment plan designed to restore and maintain your health.

5)   Will Dr. Williams Chiropractic Office Accept Me As A New
       Patient? 
 
To be accepted as a chiropractic patient in this office, you, the patient must be committed to your doctor of chiropractic and the chiropractic treatment care program.

6)   How Much Will My Chiropractic Care Cost?
 
The financial responsibility of your chiropractic care will be discussed in detailed with payment options tailored to your financial abilities.

When you, the patient, informs Dr. Williams Chiropractic Office that you are ready to proceed, Dr. Williams will order/perform physical therapy to help reduce inflammation and/or muscle spasms and perform a chiropractic adjustment by
carefully directing and controlling pressure to certain spinal vertebrae to restore your spinal column to a normal position thereby restoring normal bone position, restoring normal nerve function, restoring normal muscle function, restoring normal soft tissue function and restoring normal joint function. 

You will be escorted to the reception desk to schedule your future chiropractic office visits according to your chiropractic treatment care plan given to you by Dr. Williams and to pay for all services rendered by Dr. Williams Chiropractic Office.

Future wellness chiropractic office visits typically are 15-30 minutes in duration.
